The final paper (10-12 pages in length/5 sources min) will require students to apply what they have learned in the course by analyzing the impact of sociocultural knowledge on the intelligence function. Students will be expected to begin thinking about a paper topic which incorporates our coursetopics in sociocultural analysis on a particular culture, social or ethnic group, or society ofinterest to U.S. Intelligence and national security early in the semester, and then provide a one-page paper proposal (with sources min) so that the instructor can provide feedback and approval ofthe topic.
